PushPull5K is the ultimate hybrid program designed to help you build both strength and endurance.
This comprehensive training program bridges the gap between strength and endurance, delivering exceptional results for athletes at every level.
During this program, you'll focus on the following:
Squat: 1 session per week
Bench Press: 3 sessions per week
Deadlift: 2 sessions per week
Running: 3 session per week
Each cycle spans 16 weeks and is carefully structured to maximize your progress. Every 16 weeks concludes with a strategic taper period followed by a test week, allowing you to showcase your progress and establish new personal records.

What Equipment Will I Need?
This program works perfectly in CrossFit boxes, commercial gyms, well-equipped garage setups, or boutique fitness facilities.

Barbell and plates
Squat rack
Bench (adjustable preferred)

Basic cardio equipment (treadmill, bike, or outdoor space for running)
