I've been coaching since 2012, specializing in one-on-one training with a small group of highly motivated individuals committed to long-term development.
At any given time, I work with 8 to 12 athletes, several of whom I've coached for multiple years.
My athletes range in age from 18 to 45 and pursue diverse training goals, including NFL players preparing for training camp or returning from injury, powerlifters competing from local to international levels, endurance athletes training for their first marathon or preparing to qualify for Boston, and busy working professionals focused on general health and fitness.
